Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message. The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. A short-lived counter linked to a scrambled version of your IP address is used to stop spam on the contact form.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Form messages are sent by email to our team and are not stored in a database on this website. We keep enquiry emails for [retention period] and then delete them, unless we need them for an ongoing business relationship. Server logs are kept for [log retention period].

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run our email and hosting, under contract.

Your rights
